Bavaria firefighting products have a 5 year warranty against material or production defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, improper handling or use of the products or damages due to external causes such as accidents, natural disasters or similar events. In order for the warranty to be valid, the product must be registered with Bavaria firefighting within 30 days of purchase.

What is the return policy of Bavaria firefighting?

Bavaria firefighting returns and exchange items that have been sold within 14 days, provided that the products are complete, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging and accompanying documentation. If you return products to us that do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 10% of the original purchase price.
